Sound the bugle: Employee Experience company Jaxzyn awarded international communication acclaim

Employee experience company Jaxzyn has won five international awards at the 2017 annual Institute of Internal Communications (IoIC) Awards for their work with Nestlé, BlueCare and Mattel.

Held on 29 September 2017 at the Intercontinental in London, Jaxzyn were shortlisted for all 5 of the categories they entered.

Taking home three class winners and two awards of excellence the team were recognised for their work with:

  • Nestlé’s Field Sales Program
  • BlueCare’s Orientation Program
  • BlueCare's Operational Safety campaign
  • Mattel’s Play with Care Safety Strategy
  • Jaxzyn’s quarterly industry publication

Jaxzyn’s Director and Founder, Jen Jackson, says these achievements reflect the capability and innovation of the team and the great working relationships they have with their clients.

‘A huge amount of research, strategy and design goes into each project we take on – we work in a highly collaborative way to deliver the visions of the talented leadership teams we work with.’

With a strong human-centred focus, Jaxzyn is renowned for delivering creative alternatives to the often disengaging and colourless culture programs typically delivered by traditional consulting companies.

Nestlé’s redesigned Field Sales Program took out class winner against the likes of British Steel, Laing O’Rourke and Sequel Group. Their work with aged care provider BlueCare on their Orientation Program caught the judges’ eyes over UK Royal Mail and Swedish based agricultural company Lantmannen to win class winner for Best Redesign.

‘The real test comes down to impact. Measurement is the most important aspect of any program we work on, it has to deliver,’ says Jackson.

‘By helping leaders take a proactive approach to reinventing the employee experience, we’re helping organisations unleash the talent within their teams, create happier and safer workplaces and drive bottom line performance.’
