We first met Tod and Richard from People, Leadership and Culture at Sydney Water while working with Pragmatic Thinking on the Real Conversations program. We were thrilled to work with a team of difference-makers. They seemed to enjoy the novelty of designers geographically far enough from their marketing department to create work that pushed The Style Guide without fear of retaliation! And so, it was smiles all round when at the end of the program they invited us to continue working with them.


We've since helped to visualise ideas for several models and collateral to promote leadership and culture change within the organisation. Our focus has been to transform complex processes into engaging and easily digestible material that realise Tod and Richards vision for Sydney Water. Disturbingly, however – since the journeys into the Paramatta heartlands began, Jen has been caught on several occasions covertly cheering for the Eels.
